Aquaria Nautica Neptunia!
or better known as Namora. The cousin of Namor.
Did a little redesign on the both of them. Made Namora’s costume more along the lines of a classic one-piece bathing suit. Im pretty happy with how she came out.
Namor im really going to have to sit down and figure out what i want to do with him. He hasn’t struck the right balance for me of uber badass and King just yet.
The piece was done from a suggestion from anklewings. Who if you couldn’t tell from her name, is a huge Namora fan.

So my Marvel drawing for the month of April is a collaboration with talented and surly Kristafer Anka. I drew Spidey and the bg, and Kris drew that unbelievably pissed off Namor. Color by me.
This may also be kind of what it’s like when the two of us hang out. Spider-Man is my spirit animal.

but one of the curious factors in our friendship, is how absolutely different our favourite types of characters are.
As stated, jakes favourite character ever (and coincidentally spirit animal) is Spider-Man. And I, am not in the Spidey fanclub in anyway.
And Jake now tolerates Namor, because of me.
this caused me to realize how funny it was how completely opposite our favourite characters are. yet he and i still get along very well.
which then inspired this image.
This is probably correct as to how the two of us are when we hang out as well.
So after I saw Evan Shaner’s Favourite X-men piece, and receiving his blessing, I decided to do my own. i love the “yearbook” photo idea.
